Our team offers our customers the full support combined with regular updates and timely reporting that you rely upon, backed up with our secure project status database.
SCS customer service desk - SCS has a dedicated customer service desk available between 0800 and 1730 hours Monday to Friday, by arrangement out of hours support is also available and from your point of call we endeavour to provide you with an ETA for the arrival of an engineer within 15-30 minutes of your initial call. All of our calls are logged on our purpose built database ensuring you the client have full traceability of help and support requests.
Guaranteed field response times - SCS are currently contracted to maintain over 10,000 sites nationally. We are able to offer our customers critical support with 4 hour, 8 hour and 24 hour response times, we can also provide a 24/7/365 days a year, fully structured support as required and this service is streamlined through the use of live vehicle tracking which enables our support desk to get the closest engineer to site in the shortest possible time.
Storage facilities - With over 11,000 sq ft of storage and warehousing space available SCS can ensure you that whatever the roll out or size of project we can be sure that we have the capacity to meet your needs. Utilising an asset management system that monitors equipment through a barcode scanning and tracking system SCS can guarantee you excellent levels of accountability, GSM and Red Care monitoring provides security and temperature control ensures no damage to electrical equipment is caused by excess moisture.
National support from dedicated engineers - Our customers demand the same level of service nationally and with a dedicated team of nationwide engineers that's what we are proud to provide. When we say dedicated we don't just mean our engineers levels of professionalism and commitment, we also mean they are dedicated to us. All of our engineers are directly employed by SCS ensuring that you the client always has a reliable workforce to handle your installations and ongoing maintenance requirements. Engineers are regionally managed and are equipped with the following as a minimum: mobile phone, digital camera, laptop computer, GPS, compass, spectrum analyser and company uniform, all vehicles are less than 18 months old and all health and safety PPE.
Training and qualifications - Throughout SCS we have a commitment to the highest levels of ongoing effective and up to date training. Our engineers are certified and trained in the following areas:
